Support Group Meeting, Jan 8, 2011

Caregiving is a stressful ordeal and we sometimes end up all burnt-out in the process. The journey that the caregivers sign on might be a long ordeal and they need to prepare themselves for what might be called the most unpredictable journey. One of the most important part of the preparation is to learn how to manage stress.


To this account, Nightingales Centre for Ageing and Alzheimer's along with Alzheimer’s & Related Disorders Society of India (ARDSI), Bangalore Chapter is organizing a support group meeting to help caregivers of persons with dementia. The details are as follows:
